Established in July 2016, Ruixin Technology (Changshu) Co., Ltd. is located in Changshu National New & Hi-tech Industrial Development Zone, As the wholly-owned subsidiary of Tianjin Ruixin Technology Co., Ltd, the Company has a registered capital of 158 million yuan and a building area of 50,000 square meters. The new factory will be completed and put into production in October 2018.

With ISO9001 and TS16949 system certification, Tianjin Ruixin Technology Co., Ltd. stands as a national high-tech enterprise, having owned independent intellectual property right with 30 original designs, including 12 Patents for Invention and 18 Utility Patents. practical new type patents and more than 30 design patents.

The Company is mainly engaged in research & development of industrial precision aluminum alloy profiles, extrusion molding, as well as precision and deep machining of products. We are endeavored to improve the one-stop manufacturing system from raw materials to materials and products and provide worldwide customers with personalized and customized services---including simulation based design for product, mold design and manufacturing, profile extrusion, product processing and final inspection---as full coverage of the entire industrial chain. The Company has achieved fruitful development in power electronic radiators, medical equipment components, automotive lightweight safety materials, new energy & electric vehicle components and automation control components.

The integration of extrusion equipment holds and performs variously and hierarchically, with main profile extrusion equipment 3600T, 2800T and 1400T in Tianjin Company and new adding extrusion equipment 7500T and 2200T in Changshu. More than 500 processing equipment are used for precision and further machining, including 250 CNC processing centers, such as flexible automated production units operated by multiple robots and advanced equipment with friction stir welding machines and automatic welding robots; 50 other machining and electromachining equipment are used for product research & development and tooling mold manufacturing, and more than 20 for product trial and testing.
